A story about lasagne

This is a great, mad piece of writing.  Can you see that I linked? I feel my colors need some tweaking and will tweak, but meanwhile, that first sentence is a link.

  1. You linked. Great story on a site I haven't been to before...thanks for adding to my daily reading!

  2. The link didn't work for me. Maybe I'm crazy.

Well, maybe my being crazy has nothing to do with the link not working.

Can you clarify or perhaps link again?

I owe you info about Delia. I promise I'll get to it in the next few days. I actually got a new book to check out before I weighed in on a recommendation. Not a total slacker.

  3. Okay, I figured it out. I thought the title was the link. Yes - a different color for links would be helpful.

    Sorry to be a dimwit.

  4. Victoria -- I am waiting!
But I have plenty of cookbooks to keep me busy in the meantime.

  5. I loved that peice, thanks for telling about it. Did it make anyone else weep a little bit? Hmm. This was my favorite line:
"The flat leaf parsley waves at me with the cheer of the truly malicious"

it is the best thing i've read on doublex so far, by far.

  6. Anonymous, That parsley line was one that jumped out at me too. It just captures the way an everday place can turn on you when you're in a certain fragile and feverish state of mind.
